Dhaba Cartel: Designing Day-to-Night Chaos Systems & Highway Simulation

The Dual-Life Simulation Framework
In Dhaba Cartel, we wanted every day to feel alive, unpredictable, and tense. The core premise is simple: you inherit a roadside dhaba and a massive ₹10 crore debt to a local don. How you survive each day determines whether your operation expands or burns to the ground.
1. The Chaos Engine
No two shifts at the Dhaba are identical. We built a dynamic chaos engine that spawns spontaneous events: unexpected VIP convoys demanding immediate service, unannounced food inspector visits, electrical power cuts, and undercover cops scouting the premises while customers queue for hot parathas.
2. First-Person Tactile Immersion
Instead of abstracting cooking into menu timers, you are physically stationed inside the kitchen. You knead dough, stir curries, manage gas pressures, and balance fast food service with covert drop-offs behind the kitchen freezer.
